Yes — every panel is made to order. You can customise cable diameter (1.0mm to 5.0mm), aperture size (20mm to 200mm for ferruled; 20mm to 100mm for woven), mesh orientation (diamond or square), panel shape (flat, angled, curved), and edge termination (wire rope border, ferrule or lashing). This ensures the mesh meets both the aesthetic and engineering requirements of your specific project.
Yes. Flexi-Mesh is purpose-built for structural and architectural tension applications. It can span long distances between anchor points without sagging and integrates into steel, timber or concrete structures. Projects include pedestrian bridges, heritage buildings, multi-storey apartment facades, transport hubs and public infrastructure.
Flexi-Mesh carries a 10-year product warranty as standard. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and environmental exposure conditions.

The Flexi-Mesh design team can manage the full design process including structural analysis, load calculations, shop drawings, CAD files and a Structural Design Certificate showing compliance to relevant Australian standards. We work with architects, engineers, builders and contractors from concept through to supply.
